Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. He is  South African and American entrepreneurs who founded  X.com in 1999, which later became electronic-payment software PayPal, SpaceX in 2002 and electric car manufacturer Tesla Motors in 2003. Musk became millionaires at the end of his 20th year when he sold his start-up company Zip2 to Compaq Computers. Musk had made headlines in May 2012, when SpaceX launched a rocket, which will send the first commercial vehicle to the international commercial station.

Early Life

He shows his early talent for the computer. He made a video game and sold it to a computer magazine at the age of 12. In 1988, after receiving a Canadian passport, Musk left South Africa, at the age of 17, in 1989, Elon went to Canada to attend the Queen University and avoid mandatory service in the South African military. He left his study in 1992 and transfer to the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a degree in economics and a second bachelor’s degree in physics. In 1995 Elon Musk started his studies at Stanford University in California for Ph.D. in energy physics. He dropped his studies at Stanford University after two days of joining. PayPal
